POWER-OFF NOTICE SYSTEM FOR MOBILE PHONE AND ITS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform a telephone opposite party power-off, out-of-zone identification information and power-off time with a simple processing of a mobile set. SOLUTION: A power-off notice system for a mobile phone where a mobile set makes a position registration request to a base station is provided with a mobile set position registration request control section 12A that makes the position registration request at interrupt of power and attaches power-off information to a position registration request message, a base station power-off data storage section 31A that stores power-off information included in the position registration request message sent from the mobile set, and a mobile station power-off data storage control section 22A that retrieves the power-off data storage section in the case of making a call to the mobile set and informs a telephone opposite party of the power of the mobile set is OFF when the power-off information of the mobile set is in existence.
