Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit an operator who utilizes a video telephone system to easily view pictures and documents on the screen of a display part by operating a switch when a camera is tilted this side and rotated downward and reading picture data from a frame memory in a scanning direction from an end point to a start point, which is the inverted one compared with a normal one. SOLUTION: A mobile camera part 42 storing a small color camera is set to be vertically downward by tilting it this side independently of the display part 41 and a camera position detecting switch for detecting a camera position is arranged in the sliding part of the camera part 42. Then the switch is closed at the point of time when the camera part 42 starts to be singly inclined. The data output of the frame memory in the picture encoding circuit of a picture CODEC part 43 is controlled by the state change signal of the switch to permit the scanning direction which is normally from upper left to lower right to be the inverted one from lower right to upper left. Besides, the signal outputted in the reverse scanning direction is distributed and outputted to the display part 41. |
