Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output detailed information of high quality anywhere at any time by controlling an output part according to output picture information of additional information so that output information and the additional information are outputted. SOLUTION: A kiosk terminal 110 is installed in a place which is open to the public, e.g. at a kiosk in a station, in a convenience store, etc.; and information is inputted and outputted and a P code is inputted. A portable terminal device 120 is a means for obtaining the P code needed for information output by a user. Even a person who does not own a computer is able to find desirable information by using it and the P code corresponding to the found information is inputted to the kiosk terminal 110 to obtain a desired output of high quality. Information obtained by media 121 can easily be outputted (printed) by inputting the P code to the kiosk terminal 110.
