Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve uniform floor surface temperature by at least regionally incorporating a foil heater into a plate structural member and providing a thermal conductive upper cover plate. SOLUTION: A plate structural member 1 comprises a honeycomb core 2 and a plurality of coatings, which are selected according to the purpose of use. It is indispensable to provide a heater in a given region of a floor surface of an aircraft. Thus, a foil heater 8 is incorporated between upper coatings 6 and 7. The foil heater consists of Kapton/Cupron, a foil and an exothermic body. The member 1 also comprises as an upper cover a heat conductive cover plate 11 for protecting against mechanical load and for thermal distribution. Further, there is provided an electronic temperature control unit for temperature control of the plate structural member, which controls the thermal power of the foil heater 8 so as to be uniformly distributed. |
