Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize adverse effect on the peripheral environment by bringing a flame jet unit closely to a contaminated plane depending on the pressure of the flame jet and making contaminants harmless by the flame jet thereby improving work environment of repairing or dismantling work. SOLUTION: The burner fixing part 21 of a flame jet unit 9 is provided, on the side facing a refractory brick wall 4 thereof, with a burner 22 for generating a flame jet. A flame jet formed by the burner 22 decomposes dioxins adhering to the refractory brick 4 of a chimney or the wall surface of an ash pit into a decomposition product environmentally allowable under high temperature. A protective cover 23 protects the burner 22, prevents scattering of dioxins and directs the pressure of generated flame jet efficiently toward the refractory brick wall 4. It cooperates with a movable supporting member 20 to locate a contaminated wall surface closely to a position for heating at a specified temperature depending on the pressure of the flame jet.
