Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing a molded product with a skin which is good in the workability of the operation to bond a molded product to a skin material and has a bonding between them excellent in durability against heat and impact. SOLUTION: A process for producing a molded product with a skin comprises bonding a skin material to a molded product with the use of a heat-sensitive, pressure-sensitive adhesive having at least one aqueous polymer of a water soluble polymer and a self-dispersible aqueous polymer and an emulsion polymer as the effective components. The heat-sensitive, pressure-sensitive adhesive is preferably the one obtained by emulsion polymerization of a radically polymerizable monomer in the presence of the aqueous polymer.
