Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner seal with a shake-out hole for shaking out the adequate amount at all times by anybody without humidifying a powdery content in a bottle. SOLUTION: At least one or more shake-out holes are formed on the periphery of an inner seal 1, and closing seals 3 (3a and 3b) with unsealing tongue pieces 5 (5a and 5b) are capped on the surfaces of the shake-out holes. Alternatively a cutting line of a fragile structure forming at least one or more shake- out holes is provided on the outer periphery of the inner seal 1, and an unsealing tongue piece is formed on an engaging end of the cutting line with the inner seal 1.
