Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lead conditioned air to proper places in a compartment without protruding a duct from a floor surface and equalize air conditioning for right and left occupants on rear seats in a second row and a third row. SOLUTION: The conditioned air blown out from an air conditioning unit 10 arranged on a side wall 9 is led into a compartment by a main duct 21. The conditioned air from the main duct 21 is blown out below rear seats 3R, 3L in a third row through a pair of right and left auxiliary ducts 31R, 31L extended in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle between slide rails 4. A thickness of the ducts 21, 31R, 31L is equal to that of chip urethane, and upper faces of the ducts are made flush with a floor surface.
