Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply select and reproduce only a desired part in a video image photographed by a video recorder. SOLUTION: When a user depresses an important part designation button 14 while a recording signal from a video audio signal recording and reproducing processing circuit 5 is being recorded on a video audio recording area 12a of a disk medium 12, this information is delivered to a microcomputer 7 and the microcomputer 7 outputs time code information denoting an important part designated by the user and records the information to an attached information signal recording area 12b.
