Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a housing space, and to reinforce a car body structure by uniting a box-shaped electric double layer capacitor housing case being a housing part of a capacitor with a part of a car body or a frame. SOLUTION: A housing part is formed of a box-shaped electric double layer capacitor housing case 12 for forming a box body closed by being combined with at least a floorboard of a car body and control device housing cases 101, 102 of the same shape. These housing cases 12, 101, 102 are integrally arranged with the car body or a frame to function as a reinforcing material for improving car body strength as well as to function as a housing part of an electric double layer capacitor and various devices, a connecting wire housing part between the electric double layer capacitors and a connecting part of wheels and an electric motor assembly. Thus, a driving power source system of the electric double layer capacitor can be housed without sacrificing the volume (the free space volume) of a payload part, and an inside driving power source system can be protected.
