Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce deterioration of an insulating coating film of winging in a part except a welding part. SOLUTION: This bonding method is provided with a process, arranging a rod type positive electrode 12 between welding parts 13 adjacent to each other in the peripheral direction, a process for applying a voltage across the welding parts 13 and a torch 2, and a process for moving the welding parts 13 and the torch 2 relatively in the peripheral direction. The rod type positive electrode 12 is arranged between the welding parts 13 adjacent to each other in the peripheral direction, so that it can reduced the winding between the welding parts 13 adjacent to each other from burning due to arc heat and deteriorating.
