Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized frequency multiplier with excellent multiplied output and spurious suppression characteristics owing to a tuning inductor having a high Q. SOLUTION: In the frequency multiplier, inductor patterns 38, 39, 40, 41 configuring tuning inductors L21, L22, L11, L12 for an LC tuning circuit of a class C amplifier circuit are respectively formed on a surface of an insulation sheet 31. The insulation sheets 31 are layered and baked integrally to configure a multi-layer board. The inductor patterns 38 and 39 and the inductor pattern 40 and 41 are respectively inductively coupled.
