PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute a document file with which data operation of a document can be performed even though a user side does not have software for operating a received document. SOLUTION: A document is stored in a document storing means 41, and an object program for performing data operation of the document is stored in an object program storing means 42. Then, a document file generating means 22 fetches a document requested from a user client 30 according to a fetch request for a desired document, unites an object program for performing data operation of the document with it into one to obtain a document file of an executable object form, and a file transmitting means 23 transfers it to the client 30.
