Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photosensitive paste having high sensitivity and capable of high precision patterning on a low light transmissive film without defects such as undercut at a low cost. SOLUTION: This photosensitive paste comprises organic components and inorganic fine particles. The organic components include an acrylic or methacrylic compound having a 6-20C alkyl group represented by the formula CH2=CR1COO-R2, CH2=CR1COO-R2-OCOCHR1=CH2 or CH2=CR1COO-R3-OCO- R2-COO-R3-OCOCHR1=CH2 as a compound (A) and an acrylic or methacrylic compound containing the residue of ethylene oxide or propylene oxide represented by the formula (CH2=CR1COO-(CH2CHR4O)m)n-R5 as a compound (B). The content of the inorganic fine particles is >=60 wt.%. In the formulae, R1 and R4 are each H or methyl, R2 is 6-20C alkyl, R3 is >=3C hydroxyalkyl, R5 is 1-20C alkyl, aryl or aralkyl, (m) is an integer of 1-30 and (n) is an integer of 1-6.
