Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent adhesion of a large quantity of incinerated ash to many ceramic pipes of a heat exchanger made of the pipes by providing a protective material for the exchanger near the pipes disposed at the uppermost stream side of the exchanger at an upstream in a duct being provided with the exchanger. SOLUTION: After a waste is burned in a combustion chamber, the waste is melt-treated in an ash melting furnace. Further, a heat of an exhaust gas is heat exchanged by a heat exchanger and recovered. Incinerated ash is exhausted from a portion of the furnace. The exchanger is constituted of many ceramic pipes 10 for recovering exhaust heat near an exhaust port of a duct provided with the exchanger. The protective material 11 for the exchanger is provided near the pipes 10 disposed at an at least uppermost stream of the exchanger at an upstream side in the duct. The material 11 is disposed parallel to the pipes 10 of the uppermost stream side to the exhaust gas in the pipes 10 of the exchanger to protect the pipes 10 from the upstream side. |
