Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film that is excellent in strength and heat sealability and high in transparency and a method for its manufacture, and also a polyethylene-styrene graft copolymer and its composition suitable for the film. SOLUTION: The polyethylene-styrene graft copolymer is obtained by grafting 0.1 to 20 wt.% of a styrene compound to 80.0 to 99.9 wt.% of a ethylene (co)polymer, which satisfies the requirements of a density of 0.86 to 0.97 g/cm3, a melt flow rate of 0.01 to 100 g/10 minutes, a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) of 1.5 to 5.0, and a compositional distribution parameter Cb of 2.00 or below.
