Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly adjust initial wheel load regardless of displacement due to torsion of a car body at the time of work for adjusting the height of an air spring after the car body is placed on a bogie by communicating right and left air springs of at least one bogie by piping, and providing an opening and closing valve in the piping. SOLUTION: A car body 2 is supported by air springs 5, 5, 6, 6, respectively disposed on the right and left of bogies 3, 4. The air springs are connected to each other through an air source 7 and pipings 8, 9, and the pipings 8, 9 are respectively provided with an automatic height adjusting valve 10. A circuit 12 having a differential pressure valve 11 is provided between the air springs 5, 5 and between the air springs 6, 6. There are provided a height adjusting device 16 formed by a piping 14 communicating between the air springs 6, 6 of the bogie 4 and a manual opening and closing valve 15. At the time of adjusting the air spring height after the car body 2 is placed on the bogies 3, 4, the opening and closing valve 15 is opened to communicate the air spring 6, 6 with each other to adjust the height. Thus, a torsion of the car body 2 due to manufacturing allowance is absorbed to reduce a wheel load difference in a vehicle 1.
