Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Ni-based alloy flux-cored wire which is free from seizure of a slag, excellent in hot crack resistance, and excellent in weldability at all welding position and bead shape in the welding of a Ni steel or Ni-based alloy. SOLUTION: In the Ni-based alloy flux-cored wire whose outer skin is formed of a Ni-based alloy containing Nb and/or Mn, the filling ratio of the flux to be housed is, by weight, 15-36% to the total weight of the wire, and the flux has the components 2-10% TiO2, 0.1-3% SiO2, 0.4-4% ZrO2 to the total weight of the wire, 0.01-0.4% at least one kind selected from a group consisting of Li, Na and K compounds in total in terms of Li, Na and K, 1-25% metals in total, and 4-15% slag in total, and substantially contains no Al2O3, carbonate, Fe oxide or Mn oxide. |
