Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make copyright management securer and to prevent illegal distribution such as falsification of contents data as to the contents vending system which supplies contents data from a Kiosk terminal, etc., to a vending- destination terminal. SOLUTION: In the contents vending system, a host provides contents data of music, etc. which are transferred (downloaded) to user-side players 6a and 6b through a Kiosk terminal 5 and a network such as the Internet. A copy history between the players 6a and 6b can be recorded and a fee is charged to a player side being a copy destination. When those players are connected to the Kiosk terminal 5 or an account settlement box 7 being a host side, a transfer history is gathered by the host side, and the history information in a player is deleted only by the host side, thereby eliminating the handling of data by a player side.
