DISTRIBUTED TYPE CONTROLLER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the number of connected operator consoles without increasing a load of the control network. SOLUTION: While control stations 1-1 and 1-2 and a plurality of operator consoles 2-1, 2-2 and 2-3 are connected with a control LAN 3, a plurality of client type operator consoles 5-1 and 5-2 which are not directly connected to the control LAN 3 are provided, and these operator consoles 2-1, 2-2, 2-3, 5-1 and 5-2 are connected with an information LAN 4 as a general purpose communication means. Thus, the client type operator consoles 5-1 and 5-2 obtain information related to monitoring/control of a plant from a master of one of the operator consoles 2-1, 2-2 and 2-3 through the information LAN 4.
