Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively cool a plutonium solution by using the other cooling water systems even when a cooling water system stops locally. SOLUTION: In a storage tank for a plutonium solution, a double drum that consists of an inner drum 1 and an outer drum 2 is closed with a bottom plate 3 and a top plate 4 to form an annular space 5 between the inner drum 1 and the outer drum 2. In the annular, space 5, two partition boards 11a and 11b are provided that partition it into two regions by allowing them to correspond to cooling jackets 6a and 6b respectively. The two regions in the annular space 5 partitioned by the partition boards 11a and 11b are not separated completely and communicate with each other through upper and lower interstices.
