Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform comfortable heating suitable to application, such as rest, sleep, and heating, in a hot water floor heating device to perform heating by a radiant heat. SOLUTION: This device comprises a body 4 incorporating a heat source 1 to heat and effect heat insulation of circulation water, a pump 2 to circulate hot water, and a control part 3 to control operation of the heat source 1 and the pump 2; a mat or a carpet 6 to perform heating through circulation of hot water; and a connector 5 to removably interconnect the body 4 and the mat or the carpet 6. The connector 5 has a means to discriminate mat connection and carpet connection from each other. The mat 4 is provided with a means to automatically vary a temperature control range and a temperature regulation distance to a mode suitable to respective application according to discrimination of mat connection and the carpet connection.
