Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blind capable of switching direct light to indirect light and vice versa and bringing louvers into novel rotational movement. SOLUTION: A plurality of shafts 12 rotatable about a central axis are aligned parallel to one another and louvers 14 held at predetermined intervals to one another are attached to the shafts 12 and disposed diagonally to the direction of the axis of each shaft 12. Rotation of each shaft 12 varies the attitude of each louver 14 and direct or indirect light can be taken in from between the adjacent louvers 14.
