Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a strong floor structure by firmly connecting a steel sleeper to a strut metal fixture in a single operation. SOLUTION: A sleeper receiving plate 12 is fitted to the upper end of a support bolt 11 erected from the ground, and plate springs 13 are fixed to bend sections 12a, 12b to form a stud metal fixture 10. When a steel sleeper 20 is inserted between the plate springs 13 and lowered, the plate springs 13 are spread by guided sides 22, and a seat side 21 is arranged on the seat section 12c of the sleeper receiving plate 12. The locking sides 13d of the plate springs 13 are meshed with the coupling sides 23 of the steel sleeper 20 in a face contact state, and the steel sleeper 20 is firmly connected.
