SOLUTION: A reinforcing bars structure in a concrete structure is constituted of a plurality of first reinforcing bars 1 arranged in one direction and second reinforcing bars 2 connected between the first reinforcing bars 1 in a crossing state. Lock sections 2a locked on the first reinforcing bars 1 are provided at the tips of each second reinforcing bar 2, a connecting member is provided at the base end, and a hold section 5 holding another first reinforcing bar 1 is provided on the connecting member.
