Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply, safely and efficiently produce the subject compound useful for synthesizing medicines, agrochemicals or fine chemicals by using an extremely readily available starting raw material by reacting a specific acetylene compound with a specified thiophosphoric ester in the presence of a palladium complex catalyst. SOLUTION: An acetylene compound represented by the formula R1C≡CH (R1 is H, an alkyl, a cycloalkyl or the like) (e.g. 1-octyne) is reacted with a thiophosphoric ester represented by the formula (R2O)2P(O)SR3 (R2 and R3 are each an aryl) [e.g. a compound represented by the formula PhSP(O)(OPh)2 (Ph is phenyl)] in the presence of a palladium complex catalyst such as tetrakis(triphenylphosphine)palladium, preferably at 50-150 deg.C to produce the objective compound represented by the formula R1C(SR3)=CHP(O) (OR2)2 [e.g. diphenyl (Z)-2-phenylthio-1-octenylphosphonate]. |
