Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain a granulated composition capable of sufficiently suppressing its offensive taste even without the need of enlarging its granular size and capable of easily flavoring itself as well by coating with gelatin a support with a physiologically active ingredient borne on a crosslinked type polymeric compound. SOLUTION: This granulated composition is obtained by coating a support where (A) a physiologically active ingredient having offensive taste (e.g. aspirin, valproic acid, ketoprofen, ibuprofen) is borne on (B) a crosslinked type polymeric compound (e.g. carmellose calcium, crosscarmellose sodium, polyvinylpyrrolidone crosslinked product, pref. being 1-100 μm in average granular size) with (C) gelatin (alkali-treated or acid-treated gelatin may be used, being pref. 50-350 bloom in jelly strength). It is preferable that the weight ratio A/B is (1:50) to (1:3), the component C accounts for 5-20 wt.% of the whole composition, and the weight ratio of the support to gelatin is (100:1) to (3:1). |
