Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a poster stretching tool, with which a poster or the like can be easily stretched on a ceiling without employing a stepladder and a ladder. SOLUTION: This device consists of a board 4 having a desired strength, a thumbtack holding means for holding thumbtacks in upside-down state on the top surface of the board 4, a keep plate 9, which are mounted openably and closably or mountably to the board 4 so as to pinch a printed matter or the like between the board 4 and the plate 9, notched parts 11, which are formed in the keep plate 9 and each of which has a size allowing a thumbtack to pass upwards, and a support 1 supporting the board from below.
