Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blow-molded container having a pulse preventing port which can discharge contained liquid safely and efficiently, and its molding method. SOLUTION: In a blow-molded container 20 having a pulse preventing port and its molding method, in an opening part 22 which is a discharge opening 24 for liquid packed in the container 21, a partition plate 23 is formed to bridge the opening 22b of the opening part 22, and blow molding is done to divide the opening 22b into the discharge opening 24 and an air introduction hole 25 by the partition plate 23.
