Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively produce a laminated steel panel having a rich surface pattern by providing a film laminating device for forming and laminating a film on a running strip panel and a roll printer for printing a desired pattern on the film on the upper surface of the strip panel through a plate cylinder roll. SOLUTION: In the strip steel panel running line of strip panel coating equipment, the substrate treatment to a strip steel panel 16 in a substrate treatment device 4 and the undercoating to the rear surface of the strip steel panel in a precoating device 5 are applied to a strip steel panel 16 and the coated strip steel panel is dried in a preheating device 6. After the treatment in the preheating device 6, a film is applied to the upper surface of the strip steel panel 16 by a hot-melt coater 7. Thereafter, various patterns are printed on the surface of the film by a roll printer 15. It is pref. to employ a gravure roll printer for pressing a plate cylinder roll to the strip steel panel 16 in the roll printer 15. Ink is bonded to the plate cylinder roll from an ink sump through a pickup roll to be transferred to the surface of the film on the strip steel panel 16.
