SOLUTION: When a user of a receiver 1 depresses a notice button provided to a remote commander 21 as an intended expression of preference to people and articles or the like displayed on an image viewed by the user, the signal is sent to a reception section 12 of a set-top box 11. A view log storage section 13 stores a received operation command or the like (including the signal resulting from the depression of the notice button) together with its reception time as a view log. A view information generating section 14 reads the view log, generates a view information packet and outputs it to a 2-way communication section 15. The 2-way communication section 15 transmits the view information packet received from the view information generating section 14 to a broadcast facility via a 2-way communication network.
