Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated impedance device which is the same in shape but more excellent in impedance characteristics than usual. SOLUTION: A magnetic or non-magnetic ceramic layer 31 is laminated on a conductor layer 32 into a laminate, and the laminate is sintered into a laminated impedance device, where two or more spiral conductors are provided in parallel inside the impedance device, so that the impedance device can be improved in impedance characteristics near an LC resonance point and in a low-frequency domain. Low dielectric constant layers 35 and 36 are additionally provided inside the device, by which the device can be improved in impedance characteristics in a high-frequency domain. The low dielectric constant layers 35 and 36 are preferably formed of a mixture of steatite and glass. |
