Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve control accuracy of an electronic governor in a work vehicle. SOLUTION: This work vehicle runs by power of an engine 1 transmitted to an axle 62 via a transmission 4 having a differential mechanism 61. In this case, a speed sensor 10 to detect speed of an input shaft 6 is disposed at a preceding stage of the differential mechanism 61. In the engine 1, when the vehicle speed exceeds a prescribed maximum level, an electronic governor 19 limits the opening degree of a throttle valve regardless of an operating amount of an accelerator pedal 31 and the vehicle speed is controlled to be less than the prescribed maximum level.
