SOLUTION: In the building structure 1 in which a column 4 as an upper structure is built by an infilled type steel-pipe concrete construction and a beam is built by steel-framed construction, a footing beam 2 and the column 4 are connected through a connecting structure 7 made of concrete under the state in which a pile main reinforcement 8 and a column main reinforcement 12 are overlapped.
