Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an epoxy resin composition excellent in curing property and having a good preservation stability in a room temperature. SOLUTION: This epoxy resin composition is obtained by using a salt of 1,3,5-tris(2-carboxyethyl)isocyanurate and an imidazoline compound as a curing agent in an epoxy resin having >=2 epoxy groups in average in one molecule, and setting the blending ratio of the epoxy resin with the curing agent as 1-15 range in equivalent ratio of the epoxy group/carboxyl group.
