Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a piezoelectric green sheet having a stable thickness without causing any cracks. SOLUTION: When a beltlike piezoelectric green sheet 10 is produced by a doctor blade method from a slurry 40 prepared by mixing a piezoelectric material-base ceramic powder with a solvent, a binder and a plasticizer, the amount of the solvent is adjusted to 20-25 wt.% of the amount of the slurry in such a way that the viscosity of the slurry ranges from 2,000 to 6,000 CPS.
