Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sintered compact showing an easily discriminative black tone color and having excellent characteristics by containing Ti and Cr in a ratio of a specific range and the balance Al2O3 as a main component and CaO, SiO2 and MgO as sintering assistant component and sintering in a reducing atmosphere. SOLUTION: The contents of Ti and Cr are respectively 0.5-5 wt.% and 5-15 wt.% expressed in terms of oxide. A dense sintered compact is obtained by forming a mixture of Al2O3, CaO, MgO, SiO2, Cr2O3 and TiO2 and firing at 1,350-1,650 deg.C under the reducing atmosphere containing N2, H2 or the like for 1-5 hr to suppress the particle growth of the Al2O3. Mo is preferably contained by 0.1-1.0 wt.% expressed in terms is oxide and gives excellent black color, improves degreasing property and decarburizing property and reduces inside pores. The increase of electric resistivity of wiring is prevented without oxidizing a viahole or a pattern even if the viahole or the pattern is formed on a green sheet and simultaneously fired. |
