Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film generating no cloud, high in transparency and heat resistance, excellent in tearing or cutting properties, low in humidity permeability and good in the adhesiveness with other matter and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: A laminated film is constituted by laminating a layer comprising an alicyclic polymer and a layer comprising a thermoplastic resin through an adhesive layer containing a low density straight chain polyolefin suitably polymerized by a metallocene catalyst and characterized by that a long cycle measured by a small angle X-ray scattering method is 275 or less and lamellar thickness is pref. 145 or less.
