Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate mixed fluid easily and efficiently without using a third component by enabling a mixed fluid of all concentrations to be used as a raw material by a method wherein a distillation tower, and a pressure swing adsorption means having a switching means for switching a feed of the mixed fluid to a plurality of adsorption towers, are provided. SOLUTION: In order to separate a specific component from a mixed fluid, firstly the mixed fluid is distilled by a distillation tower (I), and a low boiling point component and a high boiling point component are separated. Then, a vapor of the low boiling point component is introduced into one side adsorption tower, and a specific component in the low boiling point component is selectively adsorbed. Besides, a non-adsorptive component is extracted as the vapor from an adsorption outlet part. Successively in the other adsorption tower wherein the specific component is adsorbed by a filled adsorbent, a portion of adsorption outlet vapor is supplied as a purge gas to desorb the specific component adsorbed in the adsorbent, and a pressure in the adsorption tower is raised to an adsorption process by a purge gas. Then, such the adsorption process is switched to a desorption/boosting process by a pressure swing adsorption means (II). |
