ISSUANCE OF AV IN INTERSCHOLASTIC ATHLETIC MEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to stable maintenance of a meeting as well as in the future without causing insecurity for meeting expenses by introducing contents of the meeting in an AV video from the side of the sponsor, handling it as a meeting commemorative issue, and allocating it for meeting operation expenses. SOLUTION: An AV video tape is issued for a sponsor side in maintaining and operating of a voluntary meeting, and added to financial resources to contribute to the operation of the meeting. In creating the tape, the steps taken include (1) performance and technology of various type of equipment are comprehended, accustomed to and familiarized with, (2) a team is organized, and corresponding preparation is started, (3) in the fields with inadequate preparation of the corresponding equipment, review and supplement are conducted, participants take part in, (4) various types of events in advance, practice and training of photographing or the like are repeated, (5) a camera rehearsal is executed corresponding to a meeting rehearsal, (6) physical condition is taken into consideration on the day of the meeting, tension is relaxed to go into actual photographing, (7) the tape photographed is started for editing, and a master tape is formed, (8) large amount of dubbing is conducted by operating dubbing machines, and (9) works are completed and distributed in various fields as a commemorative limited issue.
