SOLUTION: A PLL circuit 26 for varying the frequency of a transmission clock (transfer clock) is provided on the input side of a data transmission driver part (driver circuit) 18 on the transmission side of each data transmission driver receiver, corresponding to an interface, and a PLL circuit 27 varying the frequency of a receiving clock (transfer clock) is provided on the output side of a data transmission receiving part (receiver circuit) 19 on a receiving side, respectively. Then, the multiplying numbers of the clock frequencies by the respective circuits 26 and 27 can be made respectively switchable.
