PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform data transfer between respective modules, even in the case of using a transfer clock that is equal to or lower than the range of the operation frequency of the transmitting side driver circuit and the receiving side receiver circuit of an interface actually performing the data transfer in an image forming device, which performs data transfer between respective modules by utilizing a differential serial data bus. SOLUTION: A PLL circuit 26 for varying the frequency of a transmission clock (transfer clock) is provided on the input side of a data transmission driver part (driver circuit) 18 on the transmission side of each data transmission driver receiver, corresponding to an interface, and a PLL circuit 27 varying the frequency of a receiving clock (transfer clock) is provided on the output side of a data transmission receiving part (receiver circuit) 19 on a receiving side, respectively. Then, the multiplying numbers of the clock frequencies by the respective circuits 26 and 27 can be made respectively switchable.
