SOLUTION: A heat-radiating device for an electronic device comprises a horizontal flat heat pipe 8 provided in a housing 3. At the leftmost part of the flat heat pipe 8, a fan 12 comprising a vertical axis 11 is built in while a flat fan case 16 comprising an exhaust port 15 facing a heat-radiating opening 14 formed near the end of the left-side wall 13 of the housing 3 is provided. A part of the fan case 16 is formed of the flat heat pipe 8 itself, and the vertical axis 11 of the fan 12 is rotatably fitted to an upper wall 17 of the fan case 16, with an air-intake port 19 opened on a lower wall 18.
