Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a lever of an operating means from being deformed by making a first and a second levers hold a state identical to a state when a front panel is separated from a casing when the front panel is separated from the casing. SOLUTION: At a position where a front panel 19b is to be separated from a casing, a position of a second notch part 48b becomes a position where a fixing means is loosely inserted. When the front panel 19b is detached in this state, an end part 49a2 of a lock lever 49a is separated from a projection formed to a disk transfer means, and therefore an end part 49a1 is loosely inserted by an energizing force of a spring to the second notch part 48b, thereby fixing a first lever. The first lever and a second lever 41R become consequently unable to slide and hold a state identical to a state when the front panel 19b is separated from the casing. The two levers cannot be turned even when a tool 47 is inserted to a tool insertion part 46a and prevented from butting to engagement parts 22L and 22R to be deformed. |
