Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image synthesizing device capable of easily eliminating noise components in the case of synthesizing a plurality of regional images. SOLUTION: An image processing part 14 generates a piece of a maximum density value image on the basis of the maximum density value of each pixel detected from (m) (m is an integer being >=2) pieces of regional images obtained by photographing the same region. Also, the deviation of a density value from the maximum density value image is respectively calculated in each pixel of every regional image, and (m) pieces of deviation density value images composed of pixels of a deviation density value are generated. The threshold of a pixel density on the basis of a temperature corresponding to a photographing time is compared with the absolute value of the deviation density value, pixels of the deviation density value being lower than the absolute value are balanced as a synthesis object pixel, and also one piece of a regional image is synthesized with a value obtained by subtracting an average value from the maximum density value as the representative density value of the pixel. As for a pixel of a deviation density value being higher than threshold, noise components are eliminated by removing it from a synthetic object.
