Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a component in gas from adhering to the wall surface of a gas inflow path, and allow the breathing part of filter paper to uniformly breathe gas, and at the same time pinching the filter paper entirely uniformly by a pinching member in a device in which forming a gas inflow path at one of the pinching member and a gas outflow path at the other are formed, and gas is allowed to flow from the gas inflow path to the gas outflow path for allowing the filter paper being pinched by both the pinching members to breath the gas from an oblique direction. SOLUTION: The sectional shape of an outlet 52 of a gas inflow path 7 is formed flatly, and the gas inflow path is gently throttled from an inlet 50 to the outlet 52. Both pinching members 6 and 8 are pressed each other for closing by the spring force of a pair of or a plurality of pairs of springs 66 mounted to the pinching members at positions that are symmetrical with respect to a point with the central point of a breathing part to the filter paper as a center as the opening/closing mechanism of both the pinching members 6 and 8.
