Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a band window sash being easily worked. SOLUTION: The band window sash 1 has an upper frame 3, a lower frame 5, an auxiliary lower frame 13 installed at the upper section of the lower frame 5 and a mullion 11 mounted between the upper frame 3 and the lower frame 5. The lower frame 5 has the base sections 27, 31 of the mullion on the outdoor side and the indoor side. The auxiliary lower frame 13 is set up between both base sections 27, 31, the auxiliary lower frame 13 has a substrate 43, and an end section is cut in the direction crossed at right angles with the longitudinal direction, a lower end is cut in the direction crossed at right angles with the longitudinal direction in the mullion 11, both base sections 27, 31 of the lower frame 5 and the substrate 43 of the auxiliary lower frame 13 are formed on the same surface, and the mullion 11 is placed on both base sections 27, 31 of the lower frame 5.
