Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability by installing a waterproof jaw form of a jaw part inside a form of a rising part of a parapet, and separating the form from a mold by placing concrete. SOLUTION: An additionally attaching member installing locking part 3c is formed in a main body part 3b of a waterproof jaw form material 3, and a water expansible seal material 5 is arranged in at least an upper part 3d. For example, when arranging a rising part on the rooftop, a form 3 is installed inside (1a) a form 1 by a synthetic resin nail 3a, and when placing concrete after setting the form 1, a seal material 5 expansively solidifies to enhance sealing performance. Next, after hardening the concrete, the nail 3a is cut, the form 1 is separated from a mold, and after leaving the form 3 in a concrete skeleton, for example, a waterproof sheet end part laid on the rooftop is fixed to a lower part 3e, or an additionally attaching member is engaged with the locking part 3c to improve an external appearance of a jaw part. Thus, site work of a jaw part form is obviated, manhours can be reduced, abandoning forms can be reduced, and damage of the concrete at mold separating time can be prevented.
