Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an inner surface resin coated drum can in which bisphenol A or the like does not elute substantially from a coating film while the coating film is kept to fit close. SOLUTION: Either epoxy resin coating or phenol epoxy resin coating with its amount of inclusion of free bisphenol A being entirely less than 20000 ppm is applied to an inner surface of a drum can, a coating storing temperature is in a range of 235 to 280 deg.C to perform a storing. In addition, the coating film contains at least more than one kind of resin of either synthesized epoxy resin or phenol epoxy resin with bisphenol A being applied as a part of raw material, and the free bisphenol A in the coating film is not present or is stabilized.
