Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover device for carriage which can protect a baggage on a carriage rapidly and securely from a sudden rain and the like, and can be handled very easily. SOLUTION: A main body part 3 installed to a carriage 2; and a cover sheet 4 provided allowable to wind in and unwind from the main body part 3; are provided, a winding device 6 in order to draw in and energize the cover sheet 4 in the main body 3 is provided to the main body 3, and a fixing tool 7 is provided to the cover sheet 4 at its unwinding end side. As a result, when a rain fall comes, a baggage can be protected from the rain and the like, by only unwinding the cover sheet 4 from the main body part 3, and fixing the fixing tool 7 to an adequate position of the carriage 2 and the like.
